How to Claim Your Apartment Rebate

To receive your cash ap or gift card, the following restrictions apply.

All applicants are required to write Habitat Apartment Locators on the guest card and application.

Sign a 12 month or longer lease at the rental property you are moving into.

To qualify for $50 rebate the rent amount must be a minimum of $1000.00 (lower rent amounts will receive a $25 gift card or cash ap)

To qualify for a $100 rebate the rent amount must be a minimum of $1200.00

To qualify for a $200 rebate the rent amount must be a minimum of $ 1800.00

You must Fill out the rebate request form within 90 days (3 months) from your actual move in date.

The property must be paying us the standard 50% of one months rent commission amount or higher.  The rebate can take 30-120 days to process depending on how quickly the property pays us.

Disclaimers
Habitat Apartment Locators reserves the right to modify all rebates, policies, disclaimers, etc., at any time without notice. Rebates will be honored if the renter has met all terms and disclaimers.

Only one rebate will be processed per lease.

Only one person can claim the rebate for the unit.

If you have lived in the same complex before, you will not qualify for the rebate.

If you transfer or move to a related sister property owned by the same management company, you will not qualify for a rebate.

Process

Client agrees to all the following rules regarding our rebate process. Renters who do not follow instructions, disclaimers, and rules will not qualify for a rebate.

Habitat Apartment Locators must be listed on all guest cards, applications as the renters referral source.


Renter must sign a 12 month or longer lease.

If Habitat Apartment Locators does not receive compensation for any reason, the renter will be disqualified from any rebate.

Once the rebate form is submitted and the property pays the client will be emailed their gift card/rebate within 30 days after payment has been received from the property.


 If any portion of these rules are compromised, the rebate will be void If you have any questions please email your agent.
